We require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking with the full balance due at least two weeks before the date of the event.

If taken at short notice ie less than two weeks before the event, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.  

This can be made either at the time of our meeting or sent via bank transfer.

Upon receipt of this you will be sent an email detailing the date, time and details of your event. It will also confirm the total amount payable, after the deposit has been deducted, and will clarify when this needs to be paid.

If payment is not be received by the due date, as confirmed in your email, and attempts to contact you prove unsuccessful, the booking will be forfeited.

Cancellation Charges

The customer reserves the right to cancel the order at any time.

All cancellations MUST be in writing, or by email, and received within the specified time frames to qualify.

The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than two weeks’ notice, before the date of the event

A full refund of any monies paid less the £50 deposit.

Less than two weeks to the date of the event

10% of the total price will be deducted along with the £50 deposit before a refund will be made of any monies paid within five working days.

Amending the date of a booking

If you need to change the date of a booking, we will do our very best to accommodate this. If we are unable to do so the cancellation charges will apply.

By booking a buffet or any of our services the customer agrees to our cancellation charges.

Health and Safety

We adhere to the strictest health and safety standards at all times and have a regularly updated dedicated allergen policy.

We check suppliers thoroughly but cannot guarantee with absolute certainty that there are no nuts or allergens present.

If you are aware of any dietary requirements, we ask that they be confirmed at the time of booking and that you update us of any additional guests with dietary needs.

We recommend that all children are supervised as many buffet items are presented on cocktail sticks which could cause a risk of injury.

We also advise disposing of all food at the end of the event if it has not been refrigerated to avoid any illness that could occur.

T and K Caterers have full Public Liability Insurance and are happy to provide a copy of the certificate if required.

We also hold a 5 Star Food Rating as inspected by Environmental Health.

Substitutions

It may be necessary, on occasion, to substitute items due to lack of availability. In such cases we will always notify you, the customer, and make a substitution that you are happy with.

Delivery

Our standard charges include the supply, delivery and set up at your chosen venue.

If this is outside of our twenty – mile radius a small charge will be made but this will be confirmed at the time of booking.
