Useful Info

Delivery
Delivery is free to the local area on orders £100+ but will incur a £30 cost to areas such as Dagenham and Upminster. Please ask for details.
Payment
Payment is £50 deposit to secure order and balance is due 2 weeks before required. If less than 2 weeks the whole total is payable either by bank transfer, Paypal or cash ( no payment is accepted on delivery).
Cancellations
Cancellations at less than 2 weeks to event date 10% of the total price will be deducted and I will refund any remaining balance or invoice any amount due within 5 working days. £50 deposit is not refundable.

Allergens
For your peace of mind, and in line with the most recent government regulations, please be assured that we take this matter very seriously. We are happy to confirm the presence of any particular ingredient and ask that you make us aware both at the time of booking and again on the day of the event. Once you confirm a booking we will contact you prior to the day to discuss any changes.
